By accessing ChessFriends.com Cash Zone and/or joining a cash tournaments at ChessFriends.com, you are agreeing to be bound by following Cheat Prevention Terms and Conditions: If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing ChessFriends.com Cash Zone and/or cash tournaments.

1. ChessFriends.com CashZone is a gaming club accessible to every trustworthy ChessFriends.com member.
2. Member's trustworthiness is the sole decision of ChessFriends.com operator, based on member's behaviour.
3. Member can be banned from ChessFriends.com CashZone by sole decision of ChessFriends.com operator in case he considers member untrustworthy.
4. Reasons for ChessFriends.com operator to consider a member untrustworthy include, but are not limited to: confirmed cheating, strong and well-founded suspicion of cheating, inappropriate behaviour, unsportsmanship, verbal attacks towards other users, aggresive behaviour, spamming and other behaviour that can potentially cause harm to the operator or other players or discredit the ChessFriends.com or its operator.
5. ChessFriends.com operater reserves right to require identification from players he considers exceptionally skillfull. If member refuses, he is no longer considered trustworthy.
6. Decision on player's trustworthiness along with resulting ban is final decision made by ChessFriends.com operator. Users are not able to appeal or overthrow the decision.
7. Confirmed cheating in cash tournaments can result in a $100 fine, deductible from offender's Wallet and restricted access to cash games and tournaments.
